  • Best season for travel: from December to April, as it is the low domestic season and it doesn’t rain often. The temperature is quite pleasant during this period as well, ranging from 22 - 34°C (72 - 93°F)

  • Tan Son Nhat International Airport is the most important port in the country with a great capacity that enables it to serve domestic and international passengers. Vietnam Airlines is the official national airline accompanying other commercial airlines such as Vietjet Air, Pacific Airlines, Bamboo Airlines, and so on.

There are many ways to travel to and from the airport:

  • Bus: from the airport, take the bus no. 159 at the airport station to get to Park 23/9 in downtown District 1.

  • One of the options is to book a ride from popular app like Grab or Gojek. This is cheaper compared to the traditional taxi.

  • Taxi: only used the taxi cab with uniformed drivers only (phone number: 028 38 27 27 27)

  • Bus: Travel by bus can also be an exciting experience to explore the city. But be aware because it is quite slow during peak hours. The ticket price is ranging from 6.000 – 15.000 VND (less than US$ 1.00)
